jeb’s is family owned and operated by Emerson and Jennifer (Lehman) Metzler. The Metzler’s were raised in the Lowville area and live here with their 6 children. jeb’s of Lowville opened their doors for the first time on November 4th, 2002. We cater to families, businesses, large parties, and casual diners. We and our dedicated staff welcome our local regulars, snowmobilers, four wheelers, skiers, vacationers and people just passing through who need a comfortable place to relax and eat some great food! We are located right in the heart of downtown Lowville. Each of our three large rooms has warm stoves to help you keep warm in the cold North Country winters and air-conditioning for those warm summer days.

We have a private dining area that can be reserved for events like birthday parties, showers, rehearsal dinners and our staff strives to keep things as simple as possible for you. We want you to enjoy yourself as we provide great food and service for your event.

Our building was built in the 1920’s as a post office. It has had several businesses over the years including a Kentucky Fried Chicken, a Grand Union Grocery Store, Verr’s Restaurant, Around the Corner Tavern and Stoney’s II Tavern. Our rooms have high, original tin ceilings, and Tiffany-style chandeliers to light your tables. We have smaller booths that can accommodate 4 people and larger booths that can hold up to 8 people. We also have sections just for people who prefer tables and chairs. Our jeb’s Bar has 5 big screen TVs, a fireplace, cozy couches, juke box, pool table and darts available.
